Refund Policy

Overview

ux.gold provides digital services including streaming relay infrastructure, real-time translation services, and related tools. Due to the nature of these digital services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (such as Streaming Relays):

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period
  • Access continues until the end of your paid period

Credit-Based Services

For credit-based services (such as Live Translation credits):

  • Credits are purchased upfront and consumed as used
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Exceptions

We may consider refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service Outage: Extended service unavailability (over 24 hours) caused by issues on our end may qualify for prorated credits
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Fraudulent charges will be investigated and refunded if verified

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Review

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Reason for your request
  • Any relevant documentation

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
